I once knew how to remove all of the addresses from e-mail I had received so I didn't send them on to where I was sending them . I think I highlighted them and then hit edit and cut . But my cut is grayed out only copy comes up. Any answers . Thanks in advance arky

what email client you were using.

If it is OE you should be able to open the adress book, right click the item and left click delete.

Click on Forward first. Then you can highlight all the addresses by holding down the left mouse button and dragging over the addresses. Then press the delete key. To avoid displaying all the email addresses that you add just place them in the BCC column.
