Yahini,

In order to be much help, we will need to know the exact error messages you have seen, plus the version of Outlook or Outlook Express that you want to use. In the meantime, the info below might help:

The E-mail clients/programs you have mentioned require POP3 and SMTP servers to be listed in their configuration properties. For example, if Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express) is installed, open Outlook, click on "Tools" in the upper left, choose "E-mail Accounts", place a dot/tick in "Add New Mail Acounts", then click on "next" and you'll need your e-mail address, your name, and specifically the POP3 and SMTP server names for your Internet Service Provider's mail. (Usually they are named something like this: "pop.yourisp.com" and "smtp.yourisp.com" where "isp.com" is the name of your internet service provider.) You'll also need to include your "username" for your ISP's log on and you'll need your password also, although the password doesn't need to be used during the configuration. After the program is configured, you need to connect to the internet, open Outlook, then click on the "Send/Receive" button and it should send or download mail.

Hope this helps.
