I have just purchased a samsung 355V5C-A04 lap top but Iam unable to log in to my orange e-mail account, but I have no problems loging into my google account any help would be good.

my laptop is samsung 355v5c-a04 andI have Accidently formatted the hard disk ,so I destroyed all data and
removed the hidden recovery partition on the Hard disk, and i didn't
make a recovery dvd.

I wan to Reset my Laptop to Factory Settings using a dvd recovery

can you email me the image (*.iso) of the recovery partition ?

You have hijacked another person's issue. If you really want some new eyes to read your issue you ought to make your own new thread.

It is interesting that you appear wise enough to know how to make an iso, in fact, even what an iso is; and yet it doesn't occur to you what that size of file that would be. It will, most likely be gigabytes big. At the very least it will be many hundreds of megabytes. It is possible to transfer a huge file as that, not through email but through temporary file storage facilities. But the sort of file that you want is on the recovery partition, as you mentioned, where it is not that easy of a location to copy off anyway. If it can be done at all.

You will get much better results (and probably faster) to just contact the computer manufacturer to just get a proper rebuild disk.
