Something is very wrong with your system.
1. dwwin.exe is Dr. Watsn, the program that normally says something like "Fatal errorin Internet Explorer. Do you want to send a dump to Microsoft?". That should run without an error.
2. Apparently, after updating Internet Explorer, it gives a fatal error.

- What's your OS (like Windows XP Pro SP3, or Windows 8.1 Pro).
- What exact update (from what to what, what source) did you do?
