DW15.EXE is the MS App Error Reporting Tool - looks like
IE6 is bombing periodically at shutdown, and that's what
is invoking the DW15.EXE process.
Tried running a repair on IE6 from the Add/Remove Programs dialog? And don't do that if this is a one-time lockup. Windows is not a 24x7 OS.

i have windows 98se- my computer froze up- in the close program is listed Dw15 as not responding. what is this? i dont know if ive seen that before.after a reset its not listed in the close program- i had internet explorer 6 open when everything froze-
