DVR-MS Recording problem

I am currently using MS-MCE and saved a TV show. When I try to burn it to DVD using Sonic My DVD software I get the following message "Contains Non Compliant DVR-MS Video". This is followed by "One or more files could not be imported". Is there a DVD program that eliminates this problem or a work around? Any help would be appreciated

dvr-ms file compatibilty

I use Showbiz DVD 2 and it ''transcodes'' dvr-ms files to to standard mpeg2 files for processing (editing and writing to dvd). There are other video editors capable of this, but this is the one I know works. DVD Santa can also handle dvr-ms files, but it can only burn to dvd, and does not have any editing funtions.
