I find most to be upset with RCA video displays. You would not see me expend a dime for that display or adapter.

Hi y'all
I have an HP dx7500 microtower Core2 Duo CPU E8400 3GHz 3.46 GB RAM
My old laptop has an S-video out to send info to a second monitor, but the HP only has VGA and DVI outputs. I want to display the main screen on my normal monitor and send additional info (or videos) to the TV.
Can I use a BYTECC BTA-032 DVI-I(Dual link) Male to VGA(HD15) Female with Nuts & 3 RCA Female Adaptor to connect to RCA input on a TV for second monitor?

Or would a video card like the JATON 3DFORCE FX5200TV GeForce FX 5200 128MB 64-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X Low Profile Ready Video Card work better? (It has both S-video and RCA outputs)

Thanks for the help.
