Pulling my hair out with this problem - had the Panasonic SA-BT200 Blu ray Player which was excellent until the dvd tray started to refuse to open.
Called Panasonic and they told me the same as the manual to press the fast forward/power/open/close etc together to no avail. Not sure if the fast forward on the main unit actually does anything as the button is a selector? Tried the fast forward on the remote also. I dont want to fork out a small fortune on this.
Can you not open it like the Xbox?Pc by pushing a paperclip or other tiny object into a hole that will then open it?
