hi,
i want to change a dvd file into another format like mp4 or vcd ive got different converters but they dont support dvd format please guide me who to do that?

Video DVD means no choice on format.

I can't guess why you think there is any choice when it comes to making a Video DVD. That's carved in stone and if you change that encoding, the Video DVD will play in very few players.

For Video DVD to some file I use Handbrake.

actually i want to get a part out of the whole file in fact i want to edit a dvd but my softwares edius and corel studio dont support dvd
thats why i want change the format if there is another way i would be grateful if you help me.

I noted HANDBRAKE to get the video from my Video DVD to a file. At that point it's only a matter of getting that into my video editor.

Do you mean you want to convert the dvd to common videos and then put them in corel studio for editing? If so,you can use leawo dvd ripper to convert the dvd to avi, mp4 or other format videos, then you can edit them on corel studio.
