it seems to have worked pretty good. Yes you can use the same disc until it's full. All that is needed is to have "auto finalize" to "off" on general recording setup.
Hey guys, I hope someone can help me out as I haven't had much luck yet. I'm looking to record television shows and the free Comcast On Demand cartoons for my nephew. I already have the dvd cases, labels/label maker, and 100 Taiyo Yuden double layer DVD-R disks from a prior purchase. I know Amazon has a Toshiba DVD-R/RW burner for roughly $80 that should work.
Now I'd like to record a cartoon episode today, then stop, and record another tomorrow, and another the day after etc - All on the same disk. Do I need DVD-RW disks for this or will DVD-R's work?
If anyone has any suggestions for pretty good DVD recorders/DVD brands that I can get for a good deal that would be appreciated as well. Hoping to get the recorder for under $100.
Thanks so much for your help I really appreciate it.
