Does DHL not already do that on all consignments as part of their shipping terms and conditions.
I frequently use DHL ((three or four times a week) for sending packages around the world and most of the time, to courier insists in checking the contents of the package against what is stated on the Air Waybill.
I guess it is fighting piracy but at the end of the day it is just DHL covering their own *** so to speak.
Pirated Dvd?s always a problem here in India, but listen to this article
DHL a courier service in India launched a thing called Dvd posting, now what it does is quite simple u want to post a dvd fine ok thx but u have to show them the dvd which u bring in to post(but a person can show them a normal burned dvd but actually get a pirated one sacned),now I know this is not a very excellent step but yes, it?s a nice step towards stopping piracy, as most of the pirated u see are from India now I got into the detail of this and found out that the Da-Vinci code movie was being sold on stations for like 1$ that?s 45 rupees and I mean its better then the idea of dogs sniffing dvds, what do u think?
