Question

DVD in Laptop

Oct 8, 2016 9:03AM PDT

I made a dvd from tv clips ... mainly from video tape but also some live tv... all recorded on a dvd recorder.

I finalized the disc

I put the disc into my lap top

I find that most files play ok good pics and good sound

However a few of the clips ie those I recorded from video tape.... dont have sound
I ve used BS Player.... VLC Player ... Media Player .... all with the same result !

I played the dvd in a dvd player and the sound is there ... no probs

Why am I having so much problem on my lap top ?

The laptop can't play it. It doesn't tell us why. But while in VLC Player look at the information about the playing clip. You may have to find that then what plays that content.
