DVD drawer opens when telly turned on

I have a samsung 50 inch plasma and a samsung home cinema system Ht tz225. but when i turn on the telly the dvd drawer opens half way and stays there. when i turn off the tv about 30 mins later the drawer shuts.
Can anyone suggest a solution cause its driving us nuts. They are only 2 weeks old.
