DVD decoder programs

Got a new pc a while back with window media center. Have been dvr'ing alot of movies and want to burn them to dvd. I also want to burn the dvds that I rent to watch. as you probably know everything is coded, but i heard they can be decoded. What is the best program to do this. thanks for your help
