I was wondering does anybody know what the best dvd decoder and burner software is? Also do you know where I might get this cheap or free

A few titles I use.

DVD Play? ---> VLC PLAYER.

DVD Burner software? Too many. What do I have installed here?

1. CDBURNERXP (does DVD and works on Windows xp, vista, 7 and more.)
2. IMGBURN.
3. DVD FLICK.

Hope this gets you going.
