DVD creation software Menus with multiple video clips

I film mountainbike events i take part in via my camcorder and helmet cam, when i'm on my bike. I'm looking for some DVD making software that will allow me to make a menu where you get the option to choose the main footage from the camcorder and the Helmet cam footage on the main title screen.

you see it on professional DVDs and wondered how it wad done.

It's done with DVD creation software.

You might see it in Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, etc.
