I have a Sony DCR-DVD92 and I have done that before. What you do is you accidentally press the record button(haha) then stop the recording. Before you press the record button again, you press the replay button on the bottom of the LCD screen. It starts replaying the LAST scene. There is a little trash can button on the LCD, you press that and it will work.
Note: Does not work with DVD-Rs!!!!!!!! Only DVD+-RW!!
you have accidentally press the REC button without knowing, then you found out, can you rewind and record over it like you can do with MiniDV? I understand DVD-R is not rewritable, so is that not capable of doing that? Will the DVD-RW do it?
I am debating DVD camcorder over MiniDV, my current MiniDV is broken and I would like to get one that my parents can use and easily view the recorded video.
Thank you in advance.
