The website you presented was in September, 2007. Sounds like it didn't stick.

but figured maybe copyright infringements so didn't post it . The Harvey Keitel link is "unavailable" att. One seller on EBay is in United Kingdom, the other claims Los Angeles. However the second one says this about what he's selling;
"This is an original ABC-TV "For Your Review Consideration" promo DVD for "THE PATH TO 9/11." It contains the complete unedited version of the miniseries that aired over two nights on ABC TV. Running time 4:27. On September 10, 2006, part I ran from 8:00pm-10:45pm. On September 11, 2006, part II ran from 8:00pm-9:00pm: The total time of of the edited version (the one that ran on TV) was 3:45. The total time of this unedited version (this DVD) is 4:27. " and it also includes DVD's for programs from Discovery channel and History channel. Nowhere does it state the copyright status.
What I did do, which maybe you should have done, was check to see if it was ever released by the copyright holder. This part specifically;
"To date, ABC's $40 million miniseries has not been released on DVD.[citation needed] Writer and producer Cyrus Nowrasteh said that a stalled release is not due to lack of interest but rather political pressure, telling the Los Angeles Times in 2007 they were protecting Bill Clinton's presidential legacy and shielding Hillary Rodham Clinton from criticism for her 2008 presidential campaign.[68][69] According to the LA Times, an ABC spokeswoman reached September 4, 2007 said that the company "has no release date at this time," and she declined to comment further."
I find nothing indicating ABC or Disney has released a DVD or any such DVD being sold other than pirateware.
stating it was still not issued by ABC nor Disney. So far as I can determine, it's never been issued to DVD, in spite of demand. Stockholders should make a stink over losing the profit from it, not to mention those who had rights to residual income when the DVD would have been issued.
