Duplicate File Finder

Has anyone any views or advice about a duplicate file finder for use with XP?

I know there are quite a few out there but which are reliable/quick/efficient?

Any comments or views?

None are safe. Here's why.

None can detect why the duplicate file is there. I have a Microsoft Visual Studio install on the work machine and after we did a backup we ran a dup file finder. We dismissed any files that were in \Windows and let it delete the rest. Visual Studio never ran again and we restored from backup.

Here's what does work -> Use the dup file finder (any will do) and sort by SIZE! Pick off the top ten using what you know and you get the best payoff.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
