My friend thinks that when you use dual channel paired memory that you only get half the amount of ram. For example he thinks that if you have two 512 megabyte modules that you will only have a total of 512 megabytes of ram not one gigabyte. Would you be so kind as to explain why this is not true so I can explain it to him.
