Hey sabina, I had the exact same problem. First, make sure that your internet explorer is up to date. This can be done by clicking Tools -> Windows Update. You will be taken to a site then given a list of needed upgrades to IE and other items. Download any security update / hotfix that is marked "critical". Hello JanJan, I also have Spybot and the same is happening to me. It has also blocked the messages that you might have received with regards to this. I would be grateful if you could let me know the solution.
I sent a message to spybot, and also read something on their website and it is apparently a problem that they are "aware" of and are going to rectify it. From what I understand, it is probably not our pc, but something in their program?
