Dropped My Phone

Oct 10, 2004 3:47AM PDT

I dropped my phone from about waist height. Now, it won't turn on. The battery is good. And I can't see any physical damages ie LED cracked, broken case, loose parts.

What could be wrong with my phone?

thanks

You'll need to take the phone in for repairs, if it can be repaired. The damage could be done on the inside of the phone, where you wouldn't be able to see the damage, unless you were to have a clear plate on the phone. Whatever phone you have and carrier you have, you'll need to take the phone in to have it looked at.

Or contact the manufacturer for an authorized repair center.
