Dropped Dell inspiron 1501 need screen help

almost gone

Well I woke up this morning and the really bright spots are fading away and getting back to normal. They are almost gone down to a spot about a inch tall and 5 or 6 inches long but they are in spots and slowly vanishing. Can anyone tell me why they are going away and if you think they will eventually all go away.

To explain this you may never find a good explainer. But you could research what a LCD is, how it's made and think over in your head how an impact could change how it works or fails.
