Looks like a question for their customer support, assuming you didn't do anything strange with access rights to program files (86) folder and to your appdata\local\temp folder and you gave UAC permission. However, I didn't check the few results of https://www.google.com/search?q=File+%22pynt%5Chelpers%5Ccrypt.pyc%22%2C+line+30%2C+in+protect_data . You can do, but it doesn't look really hopefull.
All you can try yourself: run the program "as administrator".
Hello all, I have been trying for several days to reinstall dropbox on my Lenovo laptop only to get the following error message:
