Drop Down Menus

IE has a big pain-in-the-butt dropdown with too much in it. Anybody know where the file containing the contents is located, and the rest of XP's menus too for that matter. Why don't we have a forum for
" Editing XP " 'cause there's a lot of garbage I'd love to get rid of?
