Drones and missiles and guns, oh my!

Got your attention, didn't I?
From time to time we publish, usually in the Awake!, an article on the armaments build up in the world. One of the points made is that the money involved serves as an incentive for manufacturers in the advanced nations to keep urging their national governments to maintain and even increase stockpiles of weapons and delivery systems. Some people object to that because it makes such defenders of the free world as grumman

Grumman. which never made any stupidphones,

seem like paid assasins instead of defenders of their country. Others object because it seems we're denying the god-given right of nations to defend their national borders and interests. And their loved ones. [Almost forgot about them.]
Others object because we point out that a 7.62mm round or Hellfire missile, once launched, may hurt non-combatants. [Who may be called "our loved ones" by the implacable foe. I wouldn't know.] Doesn't happen that often, they say. [The articles never mention kill frequencies.]
Others object because our religion counts to three in a different way from theirs.
Here's an article from another source. See what you can make of it. Careful, the ink's still wet.

I remember when "phones" were made for voice communication....those were the days....trying to send text by pushing really little icons with large fingers doesn't cut it with me....
