which was done incorrectly so it won't show the "Security Alert" window which comes up, but it deals with the site I am trying to reach having an invalid security certificate which I know is not so because I can get to it on my laptop.
I have been getting the window "Security Alert" for several days now and it has me going somewhat nuts. The window can be seen on photobucket: <a href="http://s305.photobucket.com/albums/nn237/hschiff/?action=view¤t=ScreenShots003.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn237/hschiff/ScreenShots003.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>.
I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of it including the CNet archives and Google. I have noticed some sites want "Hijack this" logs to try to solve this for other people and I haven't tried that yet. I have run "MBAM" and "superantispyware". I have tried System restore. I have updated and run Avast antivirus scans, all to no avail. Does anyone have any other thoughts on this matter? When I get the Security alert window I have to click yes as many as 13 or more times to finally get to the site I am trying to get to. I will be very happy to get this off my computer.
