Question

driver updaters...

Apr 18, 2013 8:20AM PDT
every time I go looking for a hardware driver I end up being inindated by ads for programs that will automatically update all of my drivers while I'm not looking. They all sound like the best thing ever, They start out telling you they are free, but after a while they finally tell the truth that they cost you anywhere from $25.00 to $50.00 . I was updating an old laptop so I gave one of these "free" driver updaters a shot, all I can say is I would have been smarter to take the money and purchased lottery tickets aren't any of these programs legit?

if you need to update drivers, go to the mfg's site and do them from there. The rest of those sites are just come on's to take your cash.
