Correct me if I'm wrong, but did someone put the BETA XP SP2 on that machine?
A lesson is that BETA is not a good idea unless you are truly ready to suffer a wipeout.

BOB Sorry but for some reason I could not get my reply to post right. When I got my computer back form replacing motherboard my tech suggest some updates. All went fine except for these 3 VIA Updates: VIA Bus Master IDE Controllers, VIA REV 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller, VIA AC' 97 Audio Controller. I have had no luck with these, I guess I must not be thinking right. Below are Specs
