Driver Problems with the HMX-H200BN/XAA & Intelli-Studio

by almessina / December 31, 2010 5:47 AM PST

I previously installed Intelli-Studio and was able to transfer images and video from the camcorder to my computer over the past few months. Yesterday, I plugged the camcorder into the computer by usb like always, and a popup came up saying that the usb device is not recognized, the driver is not installed according to the throubleshooting menu program and a fail usb conncecting message is on the camcorder unit itself. It worked properly the previous day. I uninstalled and reinstalled intelli-studio with no change to the above situation. I would like to upload and edit the data from the camcorder to the computer. Without this ability, the camcorder is useless. Is there an adapter that will enable me to plug in the card directly into the usb port to bypass the need for the driver? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
