Driver problems..

My screen keeps freezing up and an error comes up saying nvidia driver for windows based kernel mode has stopped responding..
I also installed an older version of roxio creator which its sonic solutions dla driver i think is what is the real issue..

Tried to update nvidia drivers, didnt seem to work

Im lost not really sure what to do?

I just built the computer... The nvidia driver was 275.33 that kept failing.. Tried to update it but it failed, computer screen kept freezing...

Thinking about just. Reinstalling windows 7 which is gona suck having to reinstall all software.

I see this if the owner is installing drivers in the wrong order. Did the maker of this computer have an install plan?
