The first thing I would do would be to run out a buy cheap slot card (PCI) , assuming you have an open slot and bypass onboard audio.
Hi Guys and Gals, I am stuck I am trying to get an older desktop to work and have it about 95 percent done, But my issue is I keep getting a "No audio output devise is installed" When I install one, from the dell website it works for maybe 5 minutes then a red X comes over the speakers again and i get the same message no audio output device installed.. I cant figure out whats going on Any ideas?? Or locations I can find audio drivers for a dell other then the dell website?
