Network Driver Issue:
Mar 30, 2019 3:01AM PDT

Hi, LJDStore

I realize the inconvenience you are facing with your system.
Basically, IRQL is a BSOD or Blue Screen of Death error which is a system error which doesn’t let you access your system.

Possible reasons are:
1. Improper deletion of applications.
2. Improper installation of software.
3. Drastic hardware removal.
4. Due to updating software.
5. Wrong Network drivers. (Key reason)

For resolving this issue you can try these methods:
1. Uninstall all the Network Drivers:

If it lets you boot the system do the following steps:
Step 1. Press Win+R and type Type devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Step 2. Device Manager Window will open. Now expand category “Network adapters”. Right-click on a network device and click Uninstall.
Step 3. For confirmation of uninstallation click on the OK button.
Step 4. Reboot your pc and check to see if the problem is resolved.

If it doesn't let you boot windows normally:
Step 1. Enter the safe mode.
Step 2. Press Win+R and type devmgmt.msc in the resultant dialog box and click on the OK button.
Step 3.  The device manager will appear, expand the category “Network adapters”. Right-click on a network device and select Disable.
Step 4. If you have installed the network adapters then repeat above steps for uninstalling the wireless driver.
Step 5. Reboot your system and let windows install all the drivers.
Step 6. Check if the BSOD error IRQL is gone.

2. Update the Driver.

Note: If you face any issue with these methods, do let me know.  Happy
