I got this BSOD error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on my computer yesterday morning.
This is the tech info:
***STOP:0x000000D1 (0x00000000,Ox00000002,0x00000000,0xA5F0B524)
***A5AGU.sys - Address A5F0B524 base at A5ED2000, DateStamp 46637bb0

My computer info:
HP Pavilion Media Center m7640n
DOP: Jan/07
WindowsXP Pro
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core

Does this error mean that I need a driver update for something? If so,how do I find out what driver? I am not very sure of what to do with these types of errors as I haven't had any with this computer before or with the one I had before this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
