There are none.

CD and DVD drives just work in Windows 9x without drivers. However many don't remember that CD/DVD recording is not part of this old OS and forget to install a burning program like the free CDBURNERXP.

What Nero?

Many run (again) into this when they install some Nero that came with another make/model CDRW or such drive. Nero doesn't work with it since its a bundled verstion and again the owner post will ask for a driver. I've noted CDBURNERXP which is free and can let you use the drive till you decide your next step.
