The first one should work for you. I,m not sure exactly what the difference is, only that the second requires .NET version 1.1 framework to be installed. You can click on the link there to read about it. It's a windows update and available at the Windows Update site. If you've updated recently, you may already have it installed. Just go to Windows update and scan for available updates. If it is not listed, it's probably because it's already installed.

Yeah, I noticed that the second file requires .NET version 1.1 framework. I've already got that. So, I guess its really just a matter of what the difference is between the two files.
