Doctors can do a lot of things but I do not know of any evidence that we have altered the onset of sexual maturity. In most cases if sexual maturity is delayed we can't do anything about it other than find a cause and tell the patient/family what the likely outcome is. (ie: diagnosis/prognosis but not much treatment)
If we DID know how to accelerate sexual maturity I doubt many pediatricians would want to use that knowledge for treatment of normal girls.
