Resolved Question

Dragon naturally speaking software

May 16, 2015 3:54AM PDT

Hi everybody,
I am so hoping somebody can help me with my aggravating problem that all of a sudden just started with my Dragon and I hope I can explain it so you can understand my question, here I go... I used three browsers, Firefox, chrome and Opera. I am running Windows 8 .1 on a Windows Dell desktop which is new. I have been using my Dragon software with no problems on all my browsers until suddenly it starts acting crazy and here is what it is doing.. I cannot get it to work on Firefox anymore or Opera, it only works on chrome now, I cannot type into Firefox or Opera it's not working. I went to the Dragon website and couldn't find any help there. I have the Dragon extension in Firefox set to always activated like it is supposed to be, Opera doesn't have one. I'm also having trouble on Facebook now with the Dragon, it will not let me type anything by voice anymore. I hope I'm explaining this good enough I'm not too computer savvy, I'm self-taught and still learning. I'm so frustrated because I'm disabled and I really love using the Dragon for my browsers especially Firefox, can someone please help me?

Thank you.

Unlikely but try this.

Try resetting those browsers. Infections can hijack how Dragon works with these so be sure your machine is malware free.

You claim you are not computer savvy so resetting a browser may be about as far as we can go. After that you may have to use Nuance's support.
