Well, I was on the web and everything started to sound weird. I checked and saw the dpc spike up to 35-65% CPU. A little afterwards, any antivirus I instal wouldn't update. I thought there might be some confliction between drivers causing my comp to act wierd.

Now that's interesting.

"any antivirus I instal wouldn't update" tells the forum far more about issues than any DPC spike.

While some antivirus won't update if an an account in less than an administrator, I can't use "DPC" as a clue what's wrong here.

And with only the clues so far I'm left to think this is just more malware or trojans or another damaged OS. Please try Grif's advice at http://forums.cnet.com/7726-19411_102-5070551.html?tag=posts;msg5070551
