In one word (torrent) you told me why it does that. Torrent discussions about these attacks are well done. The fix is to not torrent.

I have a problem with Windows 7 64bit.
When i download any file from the internet after some seconds the download decreases the speed and gets stuck at 0kb/s and wont continue downloading.
This happens to me with every program that tries to download something: google chrome, firefox, game updates (league of legends), etc... (but only on my computer, i have more in the same wireless network and they dont have this problem)
If i use "Hotspot shield" i dont get this problem, but my internet download speeds are slower.
And also i dont get this problem with uTorrent, cause it seems to resume the download when this happens.
Also, i found a post from someone that has the same problem that i have (i also have an SSD and a classic hard drive) but none of the answers helped me, here is the link:
