Downloading video from YouTube or similar sites?

Is there a way to download videos from YouTube or similar sites? I would like to share a video with folks at work via a jump drive as such sites are blocked on our Company PC's. TIA.

keepvid.com is the answer. copy and paste the url into the main box and click download as mp4

Yea! A big thanks for this tip. It worked just as suggested. I was given another site to try, Vixy, but could not make it work at all. This was easy. I have bookmarked the site for future use. I sure appreciate this tip!
