downloading updates onto my USB device

Yeah I'm trying to download updates for BD-P1500 Blue-Ray player onto my USB...what can I be doing wrong? Thanks,Rob

The directions for the USB thumbdrive should be on the website.

If you download the patch and launch it, it should prompt you for the drive letter to load the firmware on.
