downloading songs from rhapsody to chocolate

I recently bought an lg8500 with a 4g chip upgrade with bluetooth. Somehow I synced 47 songs to my phone. The phone had problems and I returned it for a new one. I than put the chip in with my songs on it and they all had red x"s before them. Unable to play them I cleared the chip and tried to resync the songs onto the chip. I have only been able to put 6 songs on it so far. Rhapsody says they do not support my phone or chip but the tech downgraded my version of rhapsody because of media player version 11 and I was able to burn all my songs from rhapsody to cd's he and said to burn them to cd;s and save them on my computer and then transfer them to my chip. but I do not know how to save them or transfer them to my chip. I have called every tech I could think of to no avail. I have a compaq presario with xp 5.1. Rhapsody4.0 and media player version 11.Can anyone help me before I explode?
