is likely with a driver specific to the laptop. Look in vista's problem reporting section for an answer. Norton software in my opinion tends to be a resource hog and wouldn't be my first choice. Also vista already contains software for spyware and a firewall so all you really needed was an antivirus program.
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I purchased Norton 360 version 2 last April for 3 computers. I downloaded the product to two of my computers, because the 3rd was covered by CA and had not expired. It has now expired. I have been on the phone all day with both Norton and Toshiba and no one seems to be able to help me. When I try to download the software, I get the message that there is incompatibility with a driver. I have Windows Vista. One of my other computers has Windows Vista and I have had absolutely no problem whatsoever. Is there an update I need to make the driver compatible? If so where do I go to get it? Please help me. The Toshiba rep said I probably needed to back up all my files and redo everything.
That would take a lot and if there is another solution, I would appreciate hearing it.
