Downloading NetLibrary audiobooks

Jun 11, 2009 12:11PM PDT

I've got a Sansa m240 and a PC running Windows-XP SP 3 and Windows Media Player 11.

I was able to download the NetLibrary console and an audiobook - or I think that it's downloaded since it is in "my checkouts" and I clicked "download" (and it took about 45 minutes to download) but I am unable to see it anywhere in my computer to send it to the WMP. I updated the library in WMP but it's not there. My device is recognized as connected and is visible in both WMP and the NetLibrary console but when I click "transfer to device" nothing happens.

Am I missing something? Was that 45 minutes just for the checkout and do I still need to download it? Did I download it incorrectly? How do I get it to the WMP?

Thanks!
