Actually, I can't identify this problem with the information supplied. Your machine could have spyware or self inflicted issues with popup blockers and firewalls. But not a word about such in your post.

The Problem;
Any attempt to use a link from within Internet Explorer and Outlook Express to an external website, results in a blank page (ie ? no information is downloaded).
Examples;
1) I receive emails with ?a link to an external website? contained in the text. When I click on the link it looks like it is trying to download the data but the screen remains blank (somehow it appears to be blocked).
2) I download a website. It has links to information that take me other parts of the SAME website, the links work fine. If there is a link within the website that goes to ANOTHER LOCATION (outside the website that I am currently in) the result is a blank screen (again, something is apparently blocking ? the downloading of that information).
Can you help identify the problem? How can it be corrected?
Thank you in advance!
