Downloading from business Blackberry server to iphone

I currently use a Blackberry 8830 which is connected to my firm's server. I plan to by an iphone.

How do I transfer the contacts, calendar and memos from the Blackberry to the new iphone?
Please be as non-technical as possible in your reply. Thanks.

you ask this question in either our (new) Blackberry forum http://forums.cnet.com/5204-10156_102-0.html?forumID=103 or our IPhone atlas forum http://forums.cnet.com/5204-12545_102-0.html?forumID=131

A forum dedicated to blackberry's or iphones seems a better place for the question than a forum that's primarily about PC's.
