i downloaded malwarebytes anti malware to my computer/ i double left clicked, the promp came up, i clicked run and nothing happened? glarys utilities loaded just fine

If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem

1] Where did you download this malwarebytes anti malware file from, which web site?

2] Did you scan this file with your anti-virus software before attempting to install it?

3] What anti-virus do you use? Is it's virus definitions up to date?

4] Try downloading MBAM again, from http://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/ , (the free version). Save the fie to your Desktop, scan it with your AV before attempting to install it.

Glary?

Once a machine is hit with Glary I don't take any bets. That is, it's been registry cleaned and we're never sure what happens after that. Let Glary support these issues.
