downloaded nero...

about a month or so ago and now i cannot get it uninstalled on my computer, its says it is gathering required information and then an error comes up and the installer has to quit. any one have ideas?

You didn't mention which version of nero,what the OS is,what is the error message.

i downloaded the demo version of nero 7, and im running on windows vista 32bit, the computer model is an Acer 5610z.

The error message states:

LoadLibary(C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Temp\nro.tmp\C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Temp\nro.tmp\ShellManager.dll)

File cannot be found.

yes i have, i dont have the installation file to delete it. All the files are off my computer but when i go to the control panel and add/remove programs it is still there. and then when i try to run a newer installation package of nero that i just bought it says i have to get rid of the previous version of nero first .

it still hasnt worked. i dont know what to do really. i tried downloading a newer version and it still says i need to uninstall the previous version but i cannot find any more files of that previous version on my hard drive at all. =/

and then when i try to reinstall the demo version it gets to the point where it says "please wait while windows configures nero" and then that goes away like the installation package is gonna kick in but it never does.
