Downloaded a video from the Internet

I downloaded a video from the Internet. It plays in Quicktime player and is Mpeg4 type movie. When I see its extension it is <name>.mov.mp4

When I try to burn it on a CD with Nero to make SVCD and try to add this video file, in (Nero Express essentials)it says Blu-ray / HD DVD Video Plug in required "Missing feature: AVC/H-264 Decoding.

Please guide on this ?

At this time I can play it with the help of quick time player.
I have winxp pro RAM 1GB.

Thanks in advance?

It only handles a few video types.

Next time try DVD FLICK.

Thank you very much for the guidance.
I downloaded just now DVD Flick 1.2.2.1 build 442. When I open the DVD Flick window and try to open the file <name>.mov.mp4 the DVD Flik window vanishes.
Any guidance please?

Thanks for telling what version didn't work out. Many tell me things don't work and skip telling versions. Thanks!
